However, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly welcome and even received a room upgrade. The ensuite room was impeccably clean and comparable to any hotel I've stayed in. The location was fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk to the center of town. Thank you for providing such a great place to stay!

The hostel had a great location, with stunning views of the mountains and the river. We loved sitting out on the terrace and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. the room we stayed in was cozy and had a beautiful high ceiling, which added to the romantic atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to leave our bags at reception after checking out.
The hostel was not as well-maintained as we had hoped. Some areas, like the kitchen, lacked certain amenities and needed some updating.

Nice looking building, well-decorated rooms, and a good location. The hostel had a nice cafe with breakfast options, and it was perfect for our romantic getaway. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the friendly staff. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The hostel also had computers available for guests to use.
We found hairs and soiled sheets on both beds. Additionally, some kitchen utensils were missing or too worn to be usable.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved, perhaps by adding more variety to the menu.

My family and I recently stayed in a wonderful hostel in the heart of the Trossachs. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and fully functional. Our bedroom had a cosy atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the majestic Ben Ledi. The central location of the hostel made it perfect for exploring the area, and it was great to know that the profits from our stay went towards the local community. Additionally, the hostel had a lovely cafe and provided discounts on breakfast for guests. it was an excellent experience.
Would recommend this hotel.
